Ebay auction on now; item# 130511667351 is a Richmond. Everything looks right except all the hands are wrong (the minute hand also appears Rhodium plated) as well as the movement. It's a 982 Medallion serial# M20502 circa 1942 which does corroborate with the inscription on the back.
