oxidation inside case--am I worried about nothing?

Hello and thanks for all your help-I am still looking at a Gallet 'doctors' watch but I am worried about paying a lot of money for something that just feels wrong. I have posted pictures. I guess I could more easily accept oxidation on the exterior of the caseI just have not seen it on the inside and I guess I am worried that the movement could be affected-can you reassure me or are my concerns in line? Can't Find This Watch.

This watch is a family heirloom but I can't find anything on it. I found these pictures off of eBay but the one shown looks really, really new. The one I have is about 25 Years old, don't know if that's good or bad. The watch is a mechanical and goes by the name of Cortebert 17-Jewel INCABLOC.I found one on eBay for $667. I know nothing of the price though.Any ideas?
