I bought this new in the late 1980's. It was my first nice watch, and I paid full retail of $395 - seems like a lot now for a quartz without a sapphire crystal! It doesn't have a second hand, which I sometimes prefer on a quartz watch. I like the moon phase feature on this one, I think it's classier looking than a lot of moon phases.
