Hey guys! Been a while since my last visit here. Just found these watches belonging to my father/grandfather. Guess they need to be serviced, but after manual winding they all seem to be working fine.The Longines was a present to my father from the airlines company he worked for, and the IWC was my mother's present to him. Mr Beck is quite right. I used to own a Speedmaster Racing with a black carbon fibre dial. It lasted a whole two months. The movement broke when I used the stop-watch function. It was replaced by the AD but I never felt completely at ease with it. Chuck Maddox has a detailed criticism of the movement, as I'm sure many of you will know. The Speedmaster Racing is a beautiful looking watch and the only piece I regret selling. If I could find another I think I'd go for it, even with the doubts about
