Hi all. I'm brand new to the forum. I have a question about battery replacement. I hope this hasn't been asked a million times before, but here goes. My Tissot watch needs a new battery. I took it to the nearest authorized dealer to get it replaced (a sales associated had previously told me they would do it for $13).Yesterday, when I brought them my watch, they said they would have to ship it to California, and it would cost over $60.Why can't/won't they replace the battery at the store?
