Strange Depollier Trench Watch Case..............................

Does this look strange or is it just me ? ? ? ? ?Without a doubt a Depollier case...............................BUT................................It has Swivel Lugs and the crown is in the 3 o'clock position NOT the 12 o'clock position.Can't ever recall seeing a Swivel Lug Depollier case with the crown in this position before, maybe I'm just getting old or something!But, I searched through over 25 different Depollier adverts that I have and I could not find this configuration.It is beat to hell
