I bought my SMP 2220.80 in January 2009 and it's been running about +10 seconds per day. I asked my AD if I can send it into Omega under warranty for regulating and he told me that +10s/day is OK even for chronometers in the first few months of the watch's life. He said that the fact it's winter where we are the components in the movement won't work ideally. Am I being lied to by an AD who's simply too lazy to send my watch into Omega for me?
