I want a nice clearly readable watch, like a fleager watch. Which one would be a better value if I bought it used? Fortis or Zeno Basel? I would like at least a 45mm dia watch with numbers and hands that really glow wellAlso would like an automatic winding one.Anyone have suggestions on models, or where I can look for one used? Greetings Hamilton fans,I've lurked here for a while, and have finally joined up.I've collected several Hamiltons over the years, and this one has become a favorite. It's a Kirby with a 982 movement. It's at an excellent watchmaker for an overhaul and to have the hands re-plated. I'll post an "after" pic when I get it back.It's about 23mm wide, and 35mm from lug to lug. It's very small compared to most watches these days, but it doesn't look very tiny on the wrist.
