Effect of Steam Cleaning on regulation

I purchased my first Omega about three months ago - a SeaMaster AquaTerra Coaxial. It is a fabulous watch, and it has been very, very accurate. For the first two months, it was between 10 and 20 seconds per month fast (yes I said per month!!).I visited a very reputable jeweler in my area, and he offered to clean my Omega while I browsed the store, to which I said of course. Since then, the timing of this watch has been different, about 20 seconds per month slow. This is still excellent, and
