This is a timeless design, it derivates from the first G-Shock produced back in the Eighties and it's also the smallest and less bulky G-Shock so far. The original model (the one that appears in the Speed movie worn by Keanu Reeves) had a screw in case back and metal case but now they are produced with a lighter material so the case is made of plastic and the case back has four screws on it.
