So I am totally frustrated with the Hamilton service department. I purchased a beautiful Hamilton Khaki Field Automatic but it was 1min20sec fast per day. I sent in the watch to get adjusted and two weeks later (Last week) I called to see how it was going. They told me it would be done at the latest by today.Called them today and now they are saying I won't get it back until after Christmas. So it takes five weeks to adjust a watch.
