I am trying to build a small collection of 1958 watches, tha's my birth year. I always loved vintage Hamilton electric but I know that they haven't a sure date system (serial etc). I set my PO to gov't time and checked it a few days later, it was + 2 seconds, 7 days after setting it was spot on (April 1) now on April 5 it is +10 seconds from the original setting. I am assuming the watch gains or loses depending whether it is on my wrist or the winder. It is worn everyother day in rotation with my Sub. Also, the PO was purchased on March 5, so it is one month old today, so it may settle in, although I am very well pleased with its accuracy as is.
