The last time I tried to change a strap on a watch that had holes all the way through the lugs it was a big mistake. I thought it had a spring bar, and the holes were just an easy way to compress the spring. As it turns out, it was a press-fit pin with a collar, and I bent it beyond repair. This Dodson came up in the rotation for today. A refinished dial would make the watch more presentable, but I haven't convinced myself to do it yet because it's not that bad.
