Great tide feature with easy to read 'front page' but it's sooo complicated to set up, and not intuative to re-set without the instructions. Too heavy to wear in the surf so the excellent heat countdown timer will go unused, shame.

newbie needs help

Hey all. I'm new here and looking for some help. I have to admit I'm a computer geek so anything about that I'm expert but as to watches. I'm a Timex kind of guy so any and all help is appreciated.I'm looking to buy the wife a new watch in the $300-$500 range. Need some advice as to brands and e-tailers.In the past she has had 2-tone watches. Seiko,citizen and the likes but I'd like to step up the quality level.She has stated numerous times that she wants a Movado but I don't think I can do that
