Hey guys!I ordered my copy of "American Wristwatches, Five Decades of Style & Design" a few days ago and it arrived about 30 minutes ago. I was VERY excited to see what it had to say so I opened it at once. After about 15 minutes I became VERY disappointed! I found no less than five major mistakes within the Elgin military watches alone! Wrong dates that the dials were available, wrong hands, wrong movement jewel counts that were available that year in certain grades and so on! I paid $50.00
So two weeks ago today, I ordered an Invicta 8926OB. I thought that this would make a nice addition to my collection. It arrived in the country on Monday, but only got cleared at customs yesterday. This is where the trouble started.
