This may primarily apply to owners of the Speedy Pro but I wonder if it could be valid for self-winding watches as well.I had long held an opinion that by keeping the power reserve topped up, a watch would run more efficiently. However there is another as I discovered through GJ that letting your watch run down allows it to use its' entire range. I think I also read somewhere that once in a while, probably around a month it would be good to let the watch run down until it stopped.What have you
