1st of all, customer service from [WEB] was fantastic as just about always. Watch looks great and has been trouble free after a month of everyday use. Watch has a lot of features which to be honest, I haven't explored yet. The luminous feature of the face I appreciate. Alarm volume is too low to be of much use. Only other 'issue' is I've found that the 'function' hand (, lower hand) tends to be easily mistakenly manipulated throughout the day. This puts the watch is other modes (alarm, chronograph, etc) besides just time. It is a minor in convenience and is usually the result of my bumping the winding side of the watch against something. Good looking watch. Extremely happy with purchase!
