I sent the watch a few weeks ago so RSC would align the arrow hand on the Daytona 16523 and remove 3 small lints on surface of the Dial. The watch was under Rolex Warranty so they called me back after 1 week and they said they would cover everything.As expected the watch was returned in excellent condition, nicely packaged and they took care of the case and bracelet.
