I have seen a couple of posts on here discussing how accurate the GMT is at keeping it's time. Just wanted to throw my 2 cents in on this. I set mine to US Gov time 18 days ago at 1200 hours. I got it it perfectly in sync with Gov. time. In 18 days, my GMT is a total of 18 seconds behind. I wear it everyday and really only take it off to shower or sleep.
