What's happening ?

I've tested my watch about a month or two ago on a Witschi for its amplitude and beat rate and -error and they were perfect in all positionsOn wrist it was about 0,7 seconds to 1 second fast each day.Suddenly over the past week it has turned slow for about 5-8 seconds a day.Offcourse a gave the watch a full wind.What could be wrong and could this be solved with a simple regulation ?The watch suffered nothing from a hit or a fall.Jack
