Hi I was wondering if you can do an automatic watch damage by shaking it to get to auto movement wound up? For example if you have a Rolex Sub and didn't wear it for a few days and it stopped can you shake it a lot to right away to wind up the auto fully. Or is it just a case of once it's moving it doesn't matter with u shake it for 30 seconds or 3 seconds it'll last the same distance in terms of time?If you move a stopped auto watch just a little to get it ticking will the power reserve be full
