First of all, I would like to say hello to everyone. I'm glad to be here!I have recently acquired a 1986 7C43-7010 analog quartz professional 200m diver's watch. As most of you guys might know, the case design is pretty much identical to that of the 6309-729x auto diver. As far as I know, the difference is the 7C43-7010 has the magnetic shield and the screw-down crystal retaining ring. This example has been well preserved by the previous owner and I'm very happy with its condition even though I
I have my Savitar in front of me but it needs a battery. I have the battery ready to go but I can't figure how to get into the watch. ANy tips for doing this without damaging the case (or my sanity)? Thanks in advance!
