question on my s series seadweller

I decided i will overhaul my 1994 rolex seadweller. Rolex servicenter of Dallas Tx said it would be $550 for the overhaul and over $300 for the dial and hands replacement. Do you recommend keeping the tritium dial and hands (which I have now) which have lost their illumination. Should i have them replaced with the luminova dial and hands? I read that the tritium dial and hands will be more valuable if i leave them on the watch instead of replacing. They are in perfect shape, they just don't glow
