I had a recent situation with one of my Sparta Rotowinders in that the bearing in the cup stuck onto the motor shaft and pulled from the cup. Still worked, just was wobbly. I shimmed out the bearing with a small plastic sheet and re-inserted the bearing in the cup and it worked well.
