Any info on this Gruen?

This watch was left to my wife. It was either her grandfathers or his sons. As most of you know it can be tough to find info on the Gruen. And for some reason, it is even harder to find info on this Gruen then most of the others, just my luck. I have searched all over and can't even find a pic that matches this watch. Does anyone know anything about this particular watch. There are many groups of numbers stamped and engraved inside the back cover. Some of the things stamped and engraved are: 10K
