Testing accuracy

Okay, I spoke to Zin about this via PM a couple of weeks ago and I was not able to do it. So, I am coming to everyone to see if there is something I am missing. I admitted to Zin that I think it was me rather than the watch. I am trying to track the accuracy of my PO, and I have used timetracker and time.gov and they both yield, when I compare it everyday huge differences to a watch that is brand new.
