What's the biggest diameter ....?

Im sorry if this quest has been posted before, but im really curious as what is the current biggest diameter (i don't know, sometimes they measure the dial only , sometimes they measure till the outer bezel .. which ever :D) of the watch that our members have or have seen so far.. ? would appreciate for pictures I have my friend's nephew which is huge and has a very big wristsand he wears 34mm Gold Rolex watch ( auuuchhh :) so Im thinking of suggesting him some nice big watch to got with him .
