This was one of the best new Baume & Mercier at SIHH 2010, and that really isn't saying much. I have a chance to buy a Philip Panama chronograph, ETA 7750 according to the PW website, but the chrono doesn't appear to work. No box, no papers, no warranty. 60 bucks. The watch winds and keeps time but the chrono no worky, the pushers don't seem to be functional. Or, does the chrono need to have a full wind to work? Walk away, or take a chance? Worth having repaired? These sell for well over 60 bucks from what I see online.
