This is my week for Elgins. My personal preference for best is the model 190 12 size. However experts have said the best performer is last rr model 571 because of material and design technology improvements. Showing here 4 of my other bests that are strong competition for the 190 as Elgin bests. Well last September I sent in my old Seamaster 120m (quartz movement) to Timetech in Dallas for refurbishment. Well after 8+ months I finally got it back.They did a nice job ..but too slow and probably a little expensive ($400), but they did replace the gold crown cap. Before Pics:After Pics:
