Picked up this SS Hamilton locally earlier this week.Right at 34mm without the crown. Simple, almost teardrop lugs.almost. Very elegant, hand wind, no date.great dress watch.This sucker have model name?Oh. Can't get the case back off.DOH! So I don't know what movement this has. Any help there, too?
I found this in a drawer today in my sisters home and she said just keep it. The model is 6602-7040 from 1970, a little wind and the movement is ticking away and keeping perfect time. The watch is a bit scruffy and with a bit of effort I am sure it will clean up well. Unfortunatley it is missing the bezel ring, so I need source one and I am wondering will the bezel from any other models fit or must it come only from a 6602-7040.
