US: Ordering a bezel

Question for those of us living in the great USA.......I have an LV, and would like to order a black bezel for Kermit. Do I have to exchange the green for this, or can I just pick up the black bezel? Great White sound compared to PO and SMP

I am taking my Great White in for service since it does not wind on the winder well and only last about a week between wear and winder. I notice though when I shake it a bit (not to wind it but to listen) it is considerably noisier than my SMP or PO that sound relatively fluid and quite versus the scrape/slosh sound I get out of the GW.Can anyone else verify my finding with theirs...again not to wind it but to listen and see if it sounds anything like the others they have.
