I've been collecting parts to put together an Elgin A-11. I've also been studying other A-11s on Ebay. Item # 220836213889 is unlike any WWII watch I've seen yet. It has a new looking case, a nice grade 532 (Y591919) but the black dial puts the stem at 6. It's marked U.S.Navy at 12 and Property at 6 in curved white letters. There is no pic of the back. Is this a construction or a real rare variant of the A-11? Joel
