I'm looking to make my first Omega purchase and I've fallen in love with the Speedmaster. Can anyone tell me the difference between the MODEL: 3507.51.00 and MODEL: 3210.51.00. Besides the orientation of the subdials and the price, they look like the same watch. The 3705 appears to be twice as expensive as the 3210 and I can't figure out why. Is one more collectible then the other?Also, How are these models different then the professional model?
