Citizen Eco Drive Repairs?

I am completely in the dark on how to go about getting a couple of repairs on my Eco Drive. I took it to my local watch guy, and he said to send it away to Citizen, but I don't even know where to start. Basically, the screw down crown won't stay screwed down (stripped threads, I'm assuming?), and there's a cloudy spot on the crystal.I think there are instructions on their website, so I'll probably just jump in there. Has anyone had experience sending something to Citizen for a repair? Also,

Hi everyone,I'm a newbie, hoping for some advice on my first Rolex purchase. Right now I'm leaning toward the SS DJ, silver dial with stick markers, domed bezel, and Oyster bracelet. That seems like a good combo of elegant and just sporty enough. I'm 31 and have to wear a suit to work, so I need a formal watch, but I'd like something sporty and not too "fussy" or old. On the other hand, I want a watch that will still look classic when I'm 60. ....I can't afford the fluted bezel, but could c
