The wind speed was brutal. It was almost unfair. I was out in what felt like a gale for literally seconds before my expensive European umbrella was trashed and I was soaked. When a watch is cased and timed in the US, but the movement is made in Switzerland .....Where is the watch designed ? .....and is it designed around the movement ?..or is the movement just the way to drive the hands. etc....I figure being timed is just a mechanical technique......the case, dial and movement being the important components of any watch .....and how many of the vintage watches were designed with a special band that went specifically for that watch ..........so my thinking is....if
