One went out, so one is coming in - a late 60's Seamaster Cosmic:I think it's a 166.036 with a caliber 752 inside. The pic is courtesy of Tommy who says the dial is very nice. It was a bit of a roll of the dice, but for the money it would have been worth it even as a parts watch.
Does anyone know what, if any, Hamilton models used the Swiss ETA or Certina 665 or 664 automatic movements?From a prior thread on this forum, I read that these are fully jeweled automatic movements, and more likely to have withstood the rigers of use.I'm interested in collecting Hamilton automatic, Thin-O-Matic, and Thin-Line models from the '60's.
