My wife just recently acquired a Longines watch, and she would like some info as to year, model, and whatever else she can find. We took the cover off. Inside is stamped Longines-Wittnauer 8135 14K Gold L&W 30182. The Serial Number is 51448635. It is a silver colored watch, although some of the pics look yellow. I just bought an early 1960s Eterna-Matic Kontiki 20. It has the Kontiki orginal band, and the date display. The dial is silver with black markers. The watch runs good, but is in dire need of a cleaning. I paid 140 for it. I dropped it off at the watchmaker. yesterday and they called me this morning he said the screw down was shot and it should be replaced, a genuine Eterna SDC is 90 bucks and a movement overhaul is 125. SO a total about $210 to make it like new. I would have about $350 in to
