Acquired this from my mentor Hamilton friend Rene' Rondeau. It is THE watch on page 197 from his book "The Watch Of The Future". I hope you enjoy the photos.
Hey guys,I was hoping someone could tell me how to remove the AR coating on one of my watches? It's one of my favorite custom watches and it has a pretty good AR coating that makes the black dial appear blue...thing is, I want it to look black! I could use some advice and any specific techniques or products to use. Also, the watch has a PVD coating...do I have to be cautious as to not damage the PVD coating when trying to remove the AR on the crystal? Thanks in advance guys!
