Was my grandfather's. A different site showed two similar-looking pieces, one a 916 and one a 918...? Problem is I can't open case for details. Push down on stem? Seems the only option but no dice. Can cases become stuck after years of quiet? Safe place to pry?Could not get good pic of back: circular engraving of...it sure looks like a big flower with five petals and enamel(?) reliefs?Many thanks for any help.rt
