I went to a few flea markets today and picked up a new watch! This was sitting in the bottom of a little display case. Everything was 50% off, it was originally 15$, so I got it for 7.50! Not a bad deal IMOThe watch works great actually. I wound and set it, and it seems to have kept up (might be losing seconds, I don't know). It's in OK shape overall. The dial is great and the front looks fine, but the back has some BAD case wear The band is a Speidel, as usual. Do you think that 8$ went to somet
But man it's a piece of art and engineering! I was looking through my camera and found these shots of a manual Vacheron that belongs to one of my uncles. I believe his father passed it down to him, and it was sitting in the safe for a while! I really wish that I could have gotten a movement shot! I figured Dennis might like it...It's insane how thin it was! I think it was about as thick as a quarter.
