Dear friends,I just recently won an auction for a Waltham Wrist Watch, I am currently just beginning the hobby of watch collecting and this will be my first vintage. I am researching Waltham as we speak, I am not too famillar with the company besides what I am finding on google, I purchased the watch because it looks great, and seems to be in good condition. I did a quick search of the site and found a couple of mentions of this movement and it's basically a ETA with some modifcations? It sound like quite a nice movement and a watch with one has just come on to [the very top end] my buying radar and I would be quite interested on any opinions and experiences from any owners of watches with this beast ticking away in it.It represents quite big step up for me so any advice you can offer would be gratefully accepted.
