I just purchased a new 5711R Nautilus from an AD and have two questions:1. When setting the time, after pulling out the stem fully, I notice that this does not stop the "seconds" hand. Is this normal?2. When finished setting the time and after fully pushing in the stem, I notice that when screwing the crown in, it sounds as if the watch is being wound.
