Omega Seamaster GMT - Value?

I need to know the value of my Omega Seamaster GMT - as I need to sell it. Basic details: Watch has black dial, stainless bracelet (also has Omega clasp hardware for leather band). Purchased in Aug. of '02. Comes with original box and all docs including inst. booklet, service center list, chronometer warrantee card, sales receipt and plastic int'l. warr. card. Question before final decision...

I was reading about a winder that is for sale on a sponsor's site, and they discussed the importance that there be no magnetic parts in the winder so as to prevent magnetizing small parts within the watch.
