Hi-I just purchased a pre-owned 5039-R from a dealer in Germany. The side portion of the case (the part where the stem is, all around the watch with the exception of the portions where the band attaches) are brushed rose gold. The portions where the strap attaches are not brushed, leading me to believe the watch originally came with buffed, not brushed gold, and it has been brushed to remove/hide scratches.
