Today I am working on a 1917 Elgin General "Blackjack" Pershing Offset Trench Watch. Just finished cleaning the hands and then applied white enamel paint to the hour, minute and sub second hand. Setting the hour and minute hands on a toothpick works very well, your free hand holds the toothpick steady while applying the white enamel.
