oris f1 questions

Hello, I am interested in possibly purchasing a oris f1 williams. A few questions I like the regular day date model with black face. However, i noticed some models have the "f1 williams" written on the dial, while others do not. What is the difference between the two? Also, can the strap and bracelet be interchanged. For example, if I buy a bracelet version, can I buy an extra rubber strap and switch them anytime?Thanks

The eagle has landed! My new 2551.80 arrived yesterday morning.Wow! It's hard to believe Omega is retiring this watch with the 1120 movement. Blue is too cool. Anyhow, I resized the bracelet this morning and am wearing it now. I don't have wordsyou guys know the feeling. I took some photos that I'd like to post for all to to see.
