I'm sending this one out for a service, but I wanted to start thinking about a new strap for it. I've really been liking the Hirsch Ascot on a few of my other vintage watches, but I'm wondering if I should mix it up a little with this one (black with white stitching came to mind). I've been having a hard time picturing the right strap for it though. Any recommendations?ball03.jpg
.until this came in today:It doesn't completely function properly, but for the money it's worth it to make into a mini-project watch. Hopefully it'll look like new when I'm done raiding the Benrus parts Greg discovered. Got another iron in the fire too - an old 7 jewel Waltham is coming together from parts, but that's something for a later post.
