What is your opinion on the 5153? Anyone seen this one in the metal yet?This is one watch that would have been even better in while gold, but perhaps we will see that later.
My Seamster Pro has pretty much been my daily wear watch. I wear others, but nothing as often as the Seamaster. As a result, it had some pretty significant desk-diving scars, and what my jeweler referred to as "skin funk" (I guess that's an industry term ).Anyway, I took it, and some other watches, over to her yesterday, and she worked her magic. The SMP now looks as it did when I first got it: PRISTINE. Looking at the clasp, you'd swear this thing had never seen a desk, much less a desk-diving
