Hi everyone.I love watches and clocks, particulary pocket watches but I don't often have a chance to use them so they are tucked in a drawer. Ever since I was a kid and got my first watch, at around 9/10 years old I was hooked. I was always in awe of the pocket watches my grandfather and great uncle carried. I did later inherited them but were stolen along with other family watches. This happened about ten years ago and started to replace the watches. I found an Orient watch at a thrift shop;
Can anyone help me with information about an Omega watch which has been in our family for about 40 years (see photo). I would like to know its year of manufacture, its style of Omega, is it real gold, and is it possible to replace the glass which is chipped?
