The crown on my rose gold watch appears to be a different shade of gold

I have a rose gold Aquariva Chrono and I noticed recently the end of the crown is more of a yellow gold color. It's especially noticeable in natural light. I was wondering what could account for the gold not matching up on the crown like that.
